Using the methods of network research,deductive induction and case analysis,this paper analyzes the construction content of the future learning center of university library empowered by education digitalization from three aspects:service ecology,value implication and governance paths,summarizes the construction practical mode of future learning center of university library in China,constructs the construction framework and puts forward construction paths of the future learning center of university library empowered by education digitalization:form the characteristic construction mode of education digitization of future learning center,explore the way of education digital transformation of future learning center,and clarify the development trend of future learning center through digital education policy.
