The article adopts network research and literature review methods to sort out the shortcomings of spatial reconstruction of provincial-level public libraries and provincial capital city public libraries in China,and proposes optimization strategies for public library spatial reconstruction,namely strengthening spatial reconstruction awareness and emphasizing professional management;enriching spatial reconstruction models and promoting diverse subject cooperation;optimizing spatial layout to meet the diverse needs of readers;highlighting the characteristics of spatial reconstruction and emphasizing combining with local culture.
