The article uses online research and content analysis methods to investigate the current situation of scientific research data management services by 10 public comprehensive university libraries in Norway,summarizes and analyzes their successful experiences,and proposes inspirations for scientific research data management services in Chinese university libraries,namely,improve the external policy environment for scientific research data,construct policy coordination and transmission mechanism;emphasize the classification and grading management of scientific research data,establish principles and methods for mapping data classification standards;guided by disciplinary data requirements,explore microservice models tailored to specific disciplines;strengthen the construction of scientific research data infrastructure in universities and enhance the ability of promotion and apply.
