Research on the Application of AIGC in Emergency Intelligence Service
The article points out that the application of artificial intelligence generated content(AIGC)in emergency intelligence services has the advantages of reducing the difficulty of emergency intelligence perception,breaking down emergency information barriers,resolving difficulties in emergency intelligence supervision,and overcoming bottlenecks in crisis simulation exercises.The article is based on the core components of AIGC applied to emergency intelligence services,analyzes its role in emergency intelligence perception and collection,organization and storage,analysis and judgment,decision-making and evaluation workflows,and proposes application strategies for AIGC in emergency intelligence services,namely based on the overall national security concept and strengthening top-level design;combined technological rationality and humanistic care,promoting human-machine collaboration;strengthening the assessment of intelligence reliability and focusing on risk tracing;strengthening the data operation mechanism to ensure data security.
