The article elaborates on the working mechanism of the digital intelligence technology empowering the county think tanks construction from four aspects:knowledge production paradigm,knowledge management system,knowledge dissemination channels,and knowledge collaboration mechanism.It points out the practical dilemmas faced by the county think tanks construction empowered by digital intelligence technology,and proposes relief measures,namely promote balanced development of digital intelligence technology and bridge the gap in county think tank construction;clarify the application goals of digital intelligence technology and optimize the supply of county think tank services;enhance the application level of digital intelligence technology and strengthen the innovation capability of county think tanks.
