This article analyses the status of intangible cultural heritage inheritors and the necessity of building characteristic information database for them.It explores the application of generative AI technology in the development of the intangible cultural heritage inheritors'characteristic information database.Relying on the information lifecycle theory,based on four key stages:information collection and creation,information processing and management,information storage and retrieval,and information display and application,the article puts forward building paths for the generative AI enabled information database of intangible cultural heritage inheritors.
