积极老龄化视域下老年人数字素养指标体系构建

本研究基于国内外数字素养框架和专家建议构建老年人数字素养指标体系,采用专家评价和层次分析法对指标进行赋值和检验,根据指标体系设计问卷调查老年人数字素养并结合性格特质进行差异性分析,据此提出老年人数字素养提升策略,即平衡风险教育与实用技能培训,正视数字需求;突破舒适区,尝试创造性操作;组建互助分享小组,增进社交互动;提供非数字化支持,防止老年人成为"数字遗民".
Construction of Digital Literacy Index System of the Elderly from the Perspective of Active Aging
Based on the domestic and foreign digital literacy frameworks and expert suggestions,the research constructs a digital literacy index system for the elderly,and uses expert evaluation and analytic hierarchy process to assign and test the index.According to the index system,the questionnaire are designed to investigate the digital literacy,and the difference analysis are carried out in combination with personality traits.Based on this,it puts forward targeted strategies for improving the digital literacy of the elderly:balancing risk education with practical skills training and addressing digital needs;breaking through the comfort zone and trying creative operations;establishing a mutual aid sharing group to enhance social interaction;providing non digital support to prevent the elderly from becoming"digital survivors".
