人工智能的快速发展将驱动馆员队伍的革新与重塑.从整体结构上来看,将推动岗位结构、学历结构等一系列优化升级;从馆员能力看,将带来核心职业能力的变化,数据管理和分析能力、技术开发与应用能力、人文素养和法律意识或将成为馆员的核心能力;从馆员与用户关系来看,将有助于构建馆员与用户双向协同、互促互利的伙伴关系.面对变革,图书馆应注重激发馆员的主体意识、强化人才引进和培训机制、增进与各方利益共同体的协同合作、加强人事管理中的人文关怀,以促进人工智能技术与图书馆服务的有效融合,真正推动图书馆现代化事业的长久发展.
Reshaping and Reflection:Team Building in Libraries in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
The rapid development of artificial intelligence will drive the innovation and reshaping of library staff.From an overall structural perspective,it will promote a series of optimizations and upgrades in job structures,educational backgrounds,and other areas.From the perspective of librarians'abilities,it will lead to changes in core professional skills,with data management and analysis,technology development and application,as well as humanistic literacy and legal awareness likely becoming core competencies for librarians.Regarding the relationship between librarians and users,it will help establish a two-way,collaborative,and mutually beneficial partnership between the two.In the face of these changes,libraries should focus on stimulating librarians'awareness of their roles,strengthening talent recruitment and training mechanisms,enhancing collaborative cooperation with various interest communities,and increasing humanistic care.This will foster the effective integration of artificial intelligence technology with library services,thereby promoting the long-term development of library modernization.
