Exploring Strategies for Promoting Intangible Cultural Heritage in Grassroots Libraries from a Regional Inheritance Perspective:A Case Study of Pudong,Shanghai
The preservation and innovative transmission of intangible cultural heritage are essential to the promotion of China's outstanding traditional culture.Grassroots libraries are entrusted with the mission of promoting intangible cultural heritage,an area worthy of academic focus and discussion.This article examines the efforts in Pudong,Shanghai,to protect and transmit intangible cultural heritage,with particular attention to the regional promotion work and practical challenges faced by the Pudong Library.The article proposes three strategies to enhance the promotion of intangible cultural heritage:(1)creating an immersive,interactive experience through offline platforms,(2)expanding the virtual space of heritage on online platforms,and(3)strengthening the preservation and transmission of heritage culture.These strategies provide references for grassroots libraries to promote intangible cultural heritage effectively.
