儿童数字阅读App评价指标体系构建及实证研究

文章基于经典的D&M模型理论,综合国内外相关研究,构建了儿童数字阅读App评价指标体系,包括5个一级指标、21个二级指标,并利用专家评价法和层次分析法确定权重.最后,邀请42位志愿者对"喜马拉雅儿童""叫叫"以及"凯叔讲故事"3款儿童数字阅读App进行体验评价.实证评价结果表明3款App的整体水平较高,用户对其较为满意,各一二级指标的得分情况与各App的实际情况基本吻合,说明该评价指标体系具有可行性和合理性.
Empirical Study and Evaluation Index System Construction of Children's Digital Reading App
Based on the classic theory of the D&M model and integrating relevant domestic and foreign research,the paper constructs evaluation indicators for children's digital reading Apps,including 5 dimensions with 21 secondary indicators.The expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the weight ratio of each index.Finally,42 volunteers were invited to evaluate the experience of three children's digital reading Apps,namely,Himalayan Children,Howling,and Uncle Kai's Storytelling.The empirical evaluation results show that the overall level of the three Apps is high,and users are relatively satisfied with them.The scores of each primary and secondary indicator are basically consistent with the actual situation of each App,indicating that the evaluation index system is feasible and reasonable.
