摘要
为优化公共图书馆的轻度老年认知症读者服务,通过网络调研与邮件访谈对日本公共图书馆的轻度老年认知症读者服务情况进行调查,并从政策、文献资源、空间与设施、服务团队以及服务方法5个方面总结建设经验,最后提出我国公共图书馆开展轻度老年认知症读者服务的建议.
Abstract
To optimize the service of public libraries for readers with mild senile dementia,the study investigates the implementation of such service in Japan through online research and email interviews.It then summarizes the experience in five aspects:policy,documentary resources,space and facilities,service team,and service methodology.Finally,it proposes suggestions on providing the service for readers with mild senile dementia for Chinese public libraries.
