A Comparative Study of Different Groups'Preferences for New Public Reading Space Services
Through on-site observation,semi-structured interviews,questionnaires and other methods,the user portraits of different groups were extracted from the three dimensions of goal,behavior and attitude.The cluster analysis of different groups in the new public reading space was carried out by K-means clustering algorithm to compare the service preferences of different groups in the new public reading space.The commonality and difference of different groups'preferences for new public reading space services can be divided into four types as a whole,namely,those who are early adopters of travel punch card,those who enjoy leisure and recreation,those who love reading and learning,and those who experience parent-child activities.Personalized and precise services should be provided for different groups to improve the sense of access to public cultural services for different users.
