Collaborating with Users to Construct a Personalized Literature Resource in Academic Disciplines:Taking the Proposing Stage of Master's and Doctoral Dissertations as an Example
The massive growth of literature resources has brought some difficulties to the comprehensive and accurate acquisition of information.Some users do not fully understand the literature resources of their own fields,but the library can provide rich literature information and implement accurate retrieval services to ensure the comprehensive and accurate search of literature resources.The proposing stage of master's and doctoral dissertations is critical not only for the dissertations themselves,but also as the starting point for constructing a personalized literature space,and for cultivating information literacy skills.This paper investigates the related literature of the retrieval service and the related services of the target university libraries at home and abroad,and studies in depth the current service mode,service content,implementation effect of the literature retrieval service of Peking University Library.It also provides an outlook for future work.
