高校图书馆数据增值服务体系构建研究——以北京大学图书馆为例

随着大数据和人工智能时代的到来,高校图书馆如何利用新技术开展数据增值服务是一个值得研究的问题.本文首先对高校图书馆数据增值服务的内涵进行了界定,然后对国内外相关研究与实践进行了梳理与归纳.在此基础上,提出了一个高校图书馆数据增值服务体系框架,该框架由"4+3456"型的数据增值服务体系组成,即:4层主要架构;3类服务方式、4类服务用户、5类数据服务产品、6类主题数据,并介绍了北京大学图书馆开展数据增值服务的实践经验.可为高校图书馆开展数据增值服务的研究与实践提供参考.
Research on the Construction of Data Value-Added Service System in University Libraries:A Case Study of Peking University Library
In the epoch of big data and artificial intelligence,the question of how university libraries can leverage emerging technologies to provide data value-added services becomes a significant area of study.This paper initially delineates the essence of data value-added services in university libraries.It subsequently synthesizes and categorizes pertinent research and practices both domestically and internationally.On this basis,a framework for the data value-added service system in university libraries is proposed.This framework embodies a"4+3456"structure for data value-added services,encompassing 4 principal architectural layers,3 types of service methodologies,4 categories of service users,5 varieties of data service products and 6 thematic data classifications.An illustrative case on Peking University Library's experiential practices in providing data value-added services is also presented.This study can serve as reference for both research and practical endeavors in university libraries'data value-added service initiatives.
