A Research on the Traditional Dongyue Temple Fair and the Development Path of Integrating Culture and Tourism
With the Daimiao Temple as the primary venue,Dongyue Temple Fair of Mountain Taishan has proved time-honored and profoundly-implied with the successive characteristics of the integrity of belief and folk response,the wide spread of the extensiveness of transmission,the combination of locality and nationali-ty,the combination of immaterial and tangible material forms.In this sense,it is typical of the cultural value of peace,the value of unity and friendliness,the value of prosperity and development,the value of literature and art as well as cultural heritage value.Specifically,the practice of inheriting and carrying forward of the fine historical culture of temple plus the integrated development together with the new cultural tourism can be achieved via the following four means,the first one of which is to innovate the modes of holding temple fairs by means of the separation of the cultural and commercial areas to illustrate the fine cultures of temple fair.Next comes the conduct of further research into temple culture by means of enhancing the sorting and research of the base information as well as digging the intension of the fine culture of temple fair.The third channel is to transform and upgrade the cultural exhibition of the temple fair by fully utilizing the innovative means of mod-ern science and technology to carry forward the fine culture of temple fair.The last one is to develop cultural and creative temple fair-related products to further digging the elements with temple fair characteristics so as to promote the fine culture of temple fair.
