Research on Chuang Tzu's Great View of Life under the Domain of"Tao"
"Tao"is the supreme category of Chuang Tzu's ideological system and the metaphysical basis for the existence,activity and development of life.Chuang Tzu placed the creation of heaven and earth under the do-main of"Tao"and cared about them as a whole.He regarded human beings and everything in nature as an or-ganic unity in the realm of"Tao",and formed grand view of life with abundant connotation and unique in-sight.Revering"Tao",imitating"Tao",and approaching"Tao"are the value objective of Chuang Tzu's grand life view.Revering"Tao"demands people to be aware of the differences between nature and human be-ings,for the sake of setting up the border for our action.Imitating"Tao"demands people to maintain the e-quality and diversity of life on the basis of the"universality of Tao",and on the other hand,to respect the na-ture of life on the basis of the"regularity of Tao".Approaching"Tao"demands people to create perfect exter-nal environment and great internal pattern for the development of life,by constructing the environment of"the harmony between man and nature"and cultivating"the realm of selflessness".At present,human society is being faced with resource exhaustion,environmental pollution,ecological imbalance and other problems,and the relationship between man and nature is becoming more and more tense.The high dimensional examination and thinking of life under the domain of"Tao"by Chuang Tzu undoubtedly provides useful ideological enlight-enment for the construction of world in which man and nature coexist harmoniously and promoting the sustain-able development of human society.
