Evolutionary Game Analysis of Push-Pull Combined Practical Teaching Model to Promote College Students'Innovation Ability Enhancement
Practical teaching is an effective way and means to cultivate college students'innovation ability.U-sing the evolutionary game method,based on the perspective of college students'innovation ability enhance-ment,we explore the behavioral evolution law and realization mechanism of the push-pull combination prac-tice teaching mode to promote college students'innovation ability enhancement.A three-party evolutionary game model of enterprises,universities and teachers under the government's participation is constructed,and the factors affecting the selection of optimal strategies are analyzed through simulation.The results show that when the contribution rate of teachers to school-enterprise income and expenditure and the cost of improving their own innovation ability are less than a certain threshold,the three-party collaboration between schools,enterprises and teachers is the optimal equilibrium strategy.The students'self-improvement through practice has a higher impact on innovation ability than the impact of teachers'teaching to students.Therefore,colleges and universities should further strengthen university-enterprise cooperation and emphasize the cultivation of students'self-innovation ability in order to meet the needs of enterprises for innovative talents.
