摘要

在加强新时代学生创新素养培育体系建设的背景下,结合以自我认识与成长为主题的"大学生成长训练营"这一服务学习实践项目,探讨在大学生创新素养培育中服务学习模式的影响效果与作用机制.研究发现,服务学习对大学生创新素养的提升效果明显,其作用机制包括建立环状沟通互助网络、创新运用社会工作方法以及通过结果反馈与改进来推进创新.未来的研究与实践可以从扩大样本差异化、增强实践导向的学习体验、心理健康与创新能力培养双轨并行以及善于运用社会工作技术等方面进行努力.

Abstract

In the context of strengthening the construction of a system for nurturing the innovative competencies of students in the new era,the influence and mechanisms of service learning model in the cultivation of univer-sity students'innovative competencies are explored,in conjunction with the service-learning practice project themed on"New Student Growth Training Camp"focusing on self-awareness and growth.It has been found that service learning significantly enhances the innovative competencies of university students.The establish-ment of a cyclical network for communication and mutual assistance,the innovative application of social work methods,and the promotion of innovation through feedback and improvements are included in the mechanisms of its effect.Areas such as diversifying sample differences,enhancing practice-oriented learning experi-ences,developing psychological health and innovative skills in parallel,and the adept use of social work tech-niques may be expanded upon in future research and practice.
