Abstract
Sacrificing and praying to Taishanfukun had become popular from Heian Period of Japan during roy-al family and nobles. When a new king acceded to the throne,or natural calamities and man-made misfor-tunes occurred,or prayed for blessing in one's animal year, the royal and noble would hold sacrifice rite of Taizanfukun, which left lots of hand-writing Chinese records.Nowadays Kyoto still keeps related materials from Middle Ages to modern times, which include three parts, first,Tsuchimikado Documents,second,Waka-sugi family'documents and third, records of Wakasugi's habitation. There is no doubt that these materials are valuable cultural relics, and they reflect Sino-Japanese cultural communication and Mt.Tai's culture trans-mission to Japan more than thousand year,at the same time, these materials prove that Japanese worships to Chinese characters, and the long history of Chinese education in ancient Japan.
