摘要
国家步道是增进入们与自然、文化遗产之间关系的重要手段.美国作为最早建设国家步道的国家,已形成了世界上最完备的国家步道体系,其经验值得借鉴.从美国国家步道的发展演化和体系建设人手,系统总结了美国国家步道在法律法规、建设流程、管理体制、资金制度、准入标准、参与主体等方面的经验,并结合我国国家文化公园步道建设的必要性,提出我国国家文化公园步道建设应从顶层设计、规划、法律、参与主体、资金制度等五个方面发力,形成有中国特色的国家文化公园步道体系.
Abstract
The national trail is an important means to enhance the relationship between people and natural and cultural heritage.As the earliest country to build a national trail,the United States has formed the world's most complete national trail system,and its experience is worthy of China's reference.This paper starts with the de-velopment and evolution of American national trails and system construction,systematically summarizes the ex-perience of American national trails in laws and regulations,construction process,management system,capital system,access standards,participants,etc.,and combines the necessity of the construction of national cul-tural park trails in China,proposes that the construction of national cultural park trails in China should focus on five aspects:top-level design,planning,law,participants,and capital system,so as to form a National Cultural Park Trail System with Chinese Characteristics.
