Research on the Improvement of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Capability under the New Development Pattern:Taking Heze City as an Example
Agricultural science and technology innovation capacity is the"new engine"to build a new develop-ment pattern.Taking Heze City as an example,we constructed the evaluation index system of agricultural sci-ence and technology innovation capacity,applied the entropy value method to empirically analyze the relevant data of Heze City from 2016 to 2020,and found that the agricultural science and technology innovation capaci-ty of Heze City has been improved year by year,and the scope of the application of new technology has been expanding,which has improved the efficiency of the agricultural industry year by year.In order to accelerate the construction of the new development pattern,from the perspective of improving agricultural science and technology innovation ability,it is proposed that Heze City should adhere to the concept of green development,increase the investment in agricultural research,accelerate the promotion of agricultural innovation technology,improve the transformation rate of innovation achievements,and actively explore overseas markets on the basis of deepening the domestic market.
