Exploration and Practice of Applied Undergraduate Normal Specialty Construction under the OBE Concept
The effectiveness of undergraduate normal specialty construction directly affects the level of basic ed-ucation teacher qualifications.Through exploration and practice of normal specialty accreditation,aimed at the issues in the construction of normal specialties in applied undergraduate institutions,this paper proposes three construction measures from the perspective of the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept:establishing a"144"talent cultivation system for normal specialties,innovating a"2322"teacher education curriculum sys-tem,and constructing a quality assurance system for continuous improvement of normal specialties.
