Promotion of the Core Quality of College Ideological and Political Course Teachers through Party History Education
Setting up morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of education,and ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating peo-ple.In order to give full play to the role of the main channel and position of ideological and political course,we must attach great importance to the cultivation of the core quality of college ideological and political course teachers.Therefore,it is an important measure to study the cultivation of teachers'core competence.History is the best textbook,and the Education of Party history is in the basic position in the ideological construction of colleges and universities,while the teachers of ideological and political education,as the main promoter of Party history education,are based on the new starting point of the Party's hundred-year history,it is particu-larly important to promote the cultivation of ideological and political teachers'core quality through the Party history education.This paper aims at the connotation of cultivating the core quality of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,and the necessity of Party history education to promote the core quality of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,we should actively explore new ways to improve the core quality of college ideological and political teachers in the new era through Party histo-ry education,so as to provide guidance for deepening the development of ideological and political work and in-novation,and to provide ideological wisdom for carrying out the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating people.
