A Study on the Small Mouth Double Ear Cannon of Beixin Culture
The small mouth double ear jar,with a relatively concentrated distribution range and a large number of unearthed artifacts,and a clear evolution pattern of artifacts,is one of the common artifacts in the Beixin culture.From the analysis of stages and regional differences,the small mouth double eared jar of Beixin cul-ture first appeared in the central and southern regions of Shandong,showing an overall development trend from west to east.Regarding its origin,it was influenced by the Peiligang culture and the Houli culture in the He-luo region,and integrated with its own characteristics,jointly forming the regional development of the Beixin culture's small mouth double eared jar.
