Tourism Risk Framework and Preventive Measures in National Night Culture and Tourism Consumption Areas in Fujian Province
National-level night cultural and tourist consumption clusters not only drive the prosperity of night cultural but also harbor various potential travel risks.Drawing on the Rooted Theory, this study takes Fujian Province's national night cultural and tourist consumption cluster as an example to systematically distill its la-tent tourism risks. We found that:(1)Night cultural and tourist consumption clusters face six major potential risks, including personal safety, consumer safety, natural disasters, and weather risks, public health risks, tourism management and regulatory risks, and tourism experience management risks.(2)The tourism risks in night cultural and tourist consumption clusters are categorized into three main domains:risk inducements, risk representations, and risk consequences.Risk inducements encompass risks related to inadequate infrastruc-ture,regulatory oversight, and inappropriate individual behavior of tourists.Risk representations highlight as-pects such as personal safety, consumer safety, natural disasters and weather risks, and public health risks.Risk consequences involve risks associated with poor tourism experience quality and damage to the destination's image.(3)The risk inducements in night cultural and tourist consumption clusters directly shape the core features of risk representations. The manifestation of risk representations determines the risk consequences, forming a tight causal relationship chain among these three elements. The research results reveal the tourism risk spectrum and provide a reference for risk prevention of the night cultural tourism consumption agglomera-tion area.
