乡村振兴背景下我国农业生产效率研究——基于三阶段DEA和Malmquist指数

提高农业生产效率,对于增加农民收入,促进农业可持续发展,推动乡村振兴战略具有重要意义.运用三阶段DEA模型对乡村振兴战略下31个省(区、市)的农业生产效率进行了实证分析.研究表明,环境因素对农业生产强省的效率评价结果影响不大,对农业欠发达地区、发展绿色农业地区影响较大;从2020年农业生产效率测度值来看,31个省(区、市)纯技术效率差异较小,规模效率差异较大;从2017-2020年农业生产效率的Malmquist指数变化来看,全要素生产率处于先上升又下降的状态,技术效率相对稳定,技术进步指数增长较为明显.根据分析结果,提出了发展智慧农业、深化农业改革、加强农业科技创新的政策建议.
Research on the Evaluation of Agricultural Production Efficiency in China under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Study Based on Three Stage DEA and Malmquist Index
Improving the efficiency of agricultural production is of great significance for increasing farmers'in-come,promoting sustainable agricultural development and promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.Using the three-stage DEA model to empirically analyze the agricultural production efficiency of 31 provinces(au-tonomous regions and municipalities)since the rural revitalization strategy was put forward,the study shows that environmental factors have little impact on the efficiency evaluation results of strong agricultural production provinces,and have a greater impact on less developed agricultural regions and regions that are developing green agriculture;from the perspective of the agricultural production efficiency measurement value in 2020,the difference in pure technical efficiency among the 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)is relatively small,and the difference in scale efficiency is large;from the change in the Malmquist index of agri-cultural production efficiency in 2017-2020,total factor productivity is in the state of rising and falling first,technical efficiency is relatively stable,and the growth of the technical progress index is more obvious.Based on the results of the analysis,policy recommendations for developing smart agriculture,deepening agricultural reform,and strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation are put forward.
