Analysis of the High-quality Development Path of Teaching Supervision in Colleges and Universities
Teaching supervision in colleges and universities is the process of monitoring,evaluating and guid-ing the process of education and teaching and the quality of talent cultivation by the internal education and teaching quality managers of colleges and universities in order to achieve the improvement of teachers'profes-sional ability,the quality of education and teaching and the high quality development of the university.As the core of the quality assurance system of colleges and universities,internal teaching supervision in colleges and universities has encountered a series of problems such as the lack of special supporting systems,unclear organ-isational attributes,lagging supervision concepts,imbalance in the structure of the supervision team,and an unscientific evaluation system,which have seriously constrained the construction of the quality assurance sys-tem of colleges and universities.At present,it is necessary to improve the teaching supervision system,opti-mise the setting of supervisory institutions,update the concept of supervision,expand the supervisory team,improve the supervisory evaluation system and other measures to promote the optimisation and upgrading of the quality assurance system of colleges and universities and high-quality connotative development.
