The Ming Taishan Zhi had a deep connection with Huizhou.The author,Wang Ziqing,was from Shexian County,Huizhou.The four volumes of Taishan Zhi written by him were the first Mount Taishan Spe-cial Annals in history.Newly seen in Poems written by Xu Yingyuan and Sun Kan,we can know his wherea-bouts in Mount Taishan.The preface writer,Hong Zhang,was from Qimen County,uizhou.During the Jiajing period,he was the Tongpan of Jinan,participated in the supplement of Taishan Zhi.The newly discovered"Genealogy of the Hong Family in Xin'an"can prove his life.Fang Yuanhuan,a native of Shexian County,Huizhou.He was found to be making friends with Wang Ziqing in the inscription of"Dengdai Lianju"in the Tianyi Pavilion collection recently.
