The emergence of time banking and long-term care insurance is of great practical significance in coping with the alleviation of old-age pressure,and to a certain extent,they can gather social forces to over-come the problem of old-age care,but there are problems affecting the functioning of both of them in the pilot stage.Therefore,in order to solve the operational problems of time banking and long-term care insurance in the pilot stage,we analyze the operational status and characteristics of the two based on the analysis of their re-spective advantages and disadvantages,and then carry out the demonstration.The results of the study show that the operational advantages of time banking and long-term care insurance can make up for each other's shortcom-ings,and the integration of time banking,which is rich in nursing resources,and long-term care insurance,which is endorsed by insurance companies,can improve the quality and efficiency of each others operation.Based on this,a"time-care integration"system is constructed to solve the operational problems of both,with a view to providing decision-making references for the development of China's elderly care service system.
