学科竞赛驱动大学生创新实践能力提升的机制与路径探索

提升大学生创新实践能力是我国培育创新型人才,应对国际科技竞争、建设科技强国的有效路径.大学生参加学科竞赛是提升创新实践能力的重要途径,主要由内在动机驱动,在不同动机水平上表现出差异行为,需要高校、企业和大学生之间形成协同机制.从参赛到能力提升的具体机制,可综合使用"窗纸效应""干中学效应""马太效应"和"安泰效应",从自主意识增强、参赛经验积累、参与渠道拓展和竞赛团队形成四个方面系统阐释.基于教学改革理论分析高校商科育人实践思考,建议从做好改革顶层设计、搭建学科竞赛平台、建立健全运行机制和完善保障机制四个方面入手,构建以学科竞赛参与促创新实践能力提升的落地路径.
Exploration of the Mechanism and Path for Enhancing the Innovative and Practical Abilities of College Students Driven by Subject Competitions
Improving the innovative and practical abilities of college students is an effective way for China to cope with international scientific and technological competition,break through the pain points of the"dual cir-culation"development pattern,and build a strong country in science and technology.Participating in subject competitions is an important means for college students to enhance their innovative and practical abilities.Col-lege students'participation in subject competitions is mainly driven by their intrinsic motivation and exhibit dif-ferent behaviors.Improving their innovative and practical abilities through participating in subject competitions requires a collaborative mechanism between universities,enterprises and college students.The specific mecha-nism for improving their abilities through participation can be comprehensively utilized through four effects:"window paper effect","learning by doing","Matthew effect",and systematically explain this mechanism from four aspects:the enhancement of independent awareness,the accumulation of competition experience,the expansion of participation channels and the formation of competition team.Based on the theory of teaching reform and analyzing the practical thinking of business education in colleges and universities,it is suggested to start from the four aspects of doing a good job of reforming the top-level design,building a platform for disci-plinary competitions,establishing a sound operation mechanism and perfecting the guarantee mechanism,so as to build a landing path to promote the enhancement of innovation and practice ability with the participation of disciplinary competitions.
