Under the background of"Internet+"and innovation and entrepreneurship,the teaching mode of English courses in higher vocational colleges and universities is facing new development opportunities and chal-lenges.Focusing on the real problems of backward teaching content and single teaching method in traditional teaching methods,we start from constructing higher vocational English teaching objectives,optimizing course content design,and innovating teaching methods to explore and study the teaching mode of higher vocational English courses that meets the needs of the times,with a view to improving the quality of English teaching and students'innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.
