Research on the Construction of Digital Practice Platform for Talent Cultivation:A case Study of Law Discipline
With the rapid development of digital technology,the application of digital practice platform in col-lege talent training has gradually become a new trend.By integrating practical resources,the digital practice platform provides functions such as simulated practice operation,interactive communication,and personalized learning to comprehensively improve the training quality and practical ability of talents.Taking law discipline as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics of digital legal practice platform in legal education,probes into the key elements of platform construction,and points out the necessity and feasibility of cultivating digital legal practice platform for legal talents.By adjusting the training objectives of high-quality compound legal talents,designing and implementing the practical curriculum system of wisdom education for compound legal talents,improving the intelligent teaching mode of the comprehensive simulation platform of digital legal practice,and building a team of composite and applied digital practical teachers in the new era,the construction and research on the digital legal practice platform will be intensified.It provides more high-quality and efficient teaching resources and teaching environment for the training of legal talents,and provides referential experience for other disciplines to introduce digital practice platform model.
