摘要
目的：了解铁路职工脂肪肝患病率及其影响因素，为制定相关健康干预措施提供依据。方法选取2014年泰安市在职铁路职工8010例体检数据，采用单因素和多因素非条件 Logistic 回归进行统计分析。结果泰安市铁路职工脂肪肝患病率为33.31%，其中男性为36.49%，女性为9.04%；不同年龄、性别的脂肪肝患病率差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；单因素分析显示：吸烟、饮酒、肥胖、高血压、高甘油三脂、高总胆固醇和高血糖是脂肪肝患病率增高的危险因素；多因素 Logistics 回归分析显示：性别、年龄、肥胖、高舒张压、高甘油三脂、高总胆固醇和高血糖是脂肪肝患病率增高的危险因素。结论铁路职工脂肪肝患病率处于较高水平，应制定综合防治措施，降低铁路职工脂肪肝的患病率。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prevalence rate and related factors of fatty liver of the railway staff in Tai′an,to explore the risk factors and provide help for treatment. Methods:The health physical examination data of 8010 railway staff who had the physical examination in the Fourth People′s Hospital in Taian were selected. Absolute quantity and the propor-tion(% )was used in the description of research materials. Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis was used to compare the counting data set. Results:The prevalence rate of fatty liver was 33. 31% ,and the rate was 36. 49% in male, and 9. 04% in the female. The prevalence rate in male were higher than that in the female,and the incidence among differ-ent age groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05),and there were significant differences in the various factors of the fatty liver group(P < 0. 05). The prevalence rate was closely related to sex,age,body mass index,hyperlipidemia,hyper-tension,high total cholesterol,cigarette smoking,alcohol consumption and others. Conclusion:The prevalence rate of fatty liver is higher in the railway staff,and measures for the prevention and control should be formulated to reduce the preva-lence of fatty liver of the railway staff.
