Research progress on the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and diseases of premature infants
25-hydroxyvitamin D is an important storage method of vitamin D in the human body, which can reflect the storage status of vitamin D in the human body.Vitamin D is mainly related to the development of bones.Current domestic and foreign studies suggest that 25-hydroxyvitamin D is also associated with a variety of premature infants diseases, such as neonatal respiratory distress syndrom, metabolic bone disease of prematurity, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis and neonatal sepsis, indicating that 25-hydroxyvitamin D can predict the severity of the disease.Early monitoring, early intervention, early diagnosis and treatment can effectively reduce the occurrence of the disease and the adverse reaction caused by the disease. This article mainly reviews the research progress on the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and premature infant disease in recent years.
