纳米酶在医学治疗中的研究进展

纳米酶作为一种新型纳米材料,具有催化效率高、稳定性好等特点,自问世以来获得了广泛关注,已被应用于环境保护、食品检测、化工生产等多个领域.近年来,纳米酶在生物医学领域的研究逐渐增多,通过发挥其抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化的作用,在肿瘤、细菌感染、炎症性肠病、银屑病的治疗中展现出了巨大潜力,有望为多种疾病提供新的治疗途径.本文重点综述了纳米酶在医学治疗中的应用进展,讨论了纳米酶面临的挑战及发展前景,以期为后续研究提供参考,并对纳米酶的临床转化起到一定的促进作用.
Research progress of nanozymes in medical treatment
As a new type of nanomaterial with high catalytic efficiency and good stability,nanozymes have gained wide attention since their inception,and have been applied in many fields,such as environmental protection,food testing,and chemical production.In recent years,the research of nanozymes in the biomedical field has gradually increased,and by exerting their anti-tumour,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects,they have shown great potential in the treatment of tumors,bacterial infections,inflammatory bowel disease and psoriasis,and are expected to provide a new therapeutic pathway for a variety of diseases.This article focuses on reviewing the progress of nanozymes in medical therapy,and discusses the challenges and development prospects of nanozymes,so as to provide references for subsequent research and promote the clinical transformation of nanozymes.
