Six art therapies for the effectiveness of intervention in patients with post-stroke depression:a network Meta-analysis
Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of different art therapy on patients with post-stroke depression.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the effects of art therapy on patients with post-stroke depression were searched in CNKI,Chinese Biomedical Database,Wanfang Database,VIP database,Embase,PubMed,The Cochrane Library and Web of Science.The retrieval time was from inception to October 1,2023.Literature screening and data extraction were carried out by 2 researchers independently.Stata16.0 software was used for network Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 36 studies with 6 kinds of interventions including music therapy,occupational therapy,painting therapy,story therapy,horticultural therapy,and creative art therapy were included.The network meta-analysis results showed that occupational therapy,story therapy,and music therapy interventions were better than conventional treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The other art therapies showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Art therapy intervention to improve the level of depression in patients with post-stroke depression,occupational therapy is the most likely to be the best treatment.In future clinical practice,the application may be given priority.
