The construction of a clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI based on Delphi method
Objective:To construct a clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI based on the Delphi method.Methods:Through literature review and analysis,the first draft of clinical nursing pathway was constructed with action research method.PDCA management tools are used to continuously improve the path.Delphi method has been used to evaluate and revise the content of the pathway,and ultimately determine the clinical nursing pathway entries for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Results:The average authority level of experts was 0.91,and the Cv values of the two rounds of expert opinions were 0.13 and 0.04(P<0.25).The W values of the two rounds of inquiry are 0.429 and 0.525 respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:With representativeness,enthusiasm and authority,correspondence experts have strong coordination and consistency of opinions.The research on the development process of clinical nursing paths is scientific and rigorous,and the pathway which has been constructed is implementable.
