Visual analysis of the current research status and hotspot of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening in China and Japan

摘要
目的 探索上消化道癌症筛查相关研究的现况,分析研究的演变规律,寻找中日两国关于上消化道癌症筛查研究的趋势及热点方向.方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库及中国知网至2023年2月13日已发表的上消化道癌症筛查相关的中日两地区文献.运用CiteSpace 6.1软件对机构、关键词进行聚类分析,对上消化道癌症筛查领域的文献进行可视化研究.结果 目前上消化道癌症筛查领域中我国相关研究与其他国家的合作相对较少,合作网络较为松散;中日两国在该领域都关注胃癌的早诊早治;国内的研究倾向于筛查方案的总体设计和成本效益评估,而日本的研究多集中于上消化道癌症筛查手段;国内研究的热点与前沿主要侧重于筛查对象的心理情绪方面,而日本更加关注筛查技术的进步.结论 我国上消化道癌症筛查已经探索出独有的发展模式,即研究符合中国国情的筛查策略的同时推动筛查技术进步,但相较于日本仍然具有很大的发展潜力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the current research status of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening based on bibliometrics,analyze the evolution of research,and find the trend and hot direction of the research on upper gastrointestinal cancer screening in China and Japan.Methods:The literature related to upper digestive tract cancer screening in China and Japan was retrieved from the core collection database of Web of Science and CNKI from February 13,2023.CiteSpace 6.1 software was used to perform cluster analysis of institutions and keywords,and the literature in the field of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening was visualized.Results:At present,the cooperation between China and other countries in the field of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening is relatively small,and the cooperation network is relatively loose.Both China and Japan pay attention to early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in this field.Domestic studies tend to focus on the overall design and cost-benefit assessment of screening programs,while Japanese studies mostly focus on screening methods for upper gastrointestinal cancer.The hot spots and frontiers of domestic research mainly focus on the psychological and emotional aspects of screening objects,while Japan pays more attention to the progress of screening technology.Conclusion:China's upper gastrointestinal cancer screening has explored a unique development model,that is,to promote the advancement of screening technology while studying screening strategies in line with China's national conditions,but it still has great development potential compared with Japan.
