目的 探索术后谵妄相关研究的现状及未来的发展趋势.方法 基于R语言中的Bibliometrix包和VOS viewer软件,并以Web of Science数据库中的3 558篇文献为基础,对术后谵妄研究的发展脉络进行可视化分析.结果 术后谵妄相关研究的发文量自2017年以来呈现快速增长趋势.Anesthesia and Analgesia、Journal of the American Geriatrics Society等10本期刊是国际术后谵妄研究论文发表的主要阵地,美国、欧洲、中国的学者对国际术后谵妄的研究做出了突出贡献.术后谵妄领域当前的研究大致可以分为术后谵妄的影响以及与其他并发症的关系,术后谵妄的影响因素、诊断评估以及预防,特殊患者群体术后谵妄的风险因素、诊断和管理3个方面.结论 基于分析结果,本研究总结了术后谵妄相关研究未来发展的3个主要方向,即术后谵妄与短期和长期认知结果的关系,术后谵妄的发生机制,术后谵妄的风险因素和预防措施等.
Bibliometric analysis of postoperative delirium research based on the Web of Science database
Objective:This study aims to explore the current state and future trends of postoperative delirium research through a bibliometric analysis of studies published in the last 20 years(2004-2023).Methods:Utilizing the Bibliometrix package in R language and VOS viewer software,this study conducts a visual analysis of the development trajectory of postoperative delirium research based on 3,558 articles from the Web of Science database.Results:The publication volume of postoperative delirium research has shown a rapid growth trend since 2017.Journals such as"Anesthesia and Analgesia"and the"Journal of the American Geriatrics Society"are among the leading publications for disseminating international research on postoperative delirium.Scholars from the United States,Europe,and China have made significant contributions to the development of international research on postoperative delirium.The field of postoperative delirium research can currently be broadly categorized into three main areas:the impact and outcomes of postoperative delirium and its relationship with other complications,factors influencing postoperative delirium,diagnostic assessments,and prevention,as well as the risk factors,diagnosis,and management of postoperative delirium in special patient groups.Conclusion:Based on the analysis results,this study summarizes three primary future directions for research related to postoperative delirium:the relationship between postoperative delirium and short-term and long-term cognitive outcomes,research into the mechanisms of onset for postoperative delirium,and risk factors and preventive measures for postoperative delirium.
