A controlled study of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the centralized and decentralized management mode of daytime wards
Objective:To explore the effect of the concept of accelerate rehabilitation surgery in the decentralized management mode of day ward, and to provide reference and support for the selection of clinical management mode of day surgery. Methods:We select 200 cases of daytime surgery patients from October 2020 to December 2021 as the control group under centralized management mode and 200 cases of daytime surgeroy patients from January 2022 to November 2022 under decentralized management mode as observation group to conduct the historical comparison, comparing the first feeding time, time of the first ambulation after surgery, average hospitalization time, postoperative complication rate, pain score, unplanned readmission rate and satisfaction. Results:In the observation group, the time of the first ambulation after surgery and the first feeding time were earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05),the average hospital time, postoperative pain score, postoperative complication rate were all lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the unplanned readmission rate from the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery to the decentralized day ward management mode can significantly shorten hospital hours, promote the recovery and comfort of patients,be conducive to give full play to the professionalism of nursing and enhance the quality of nursing, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
