New Quality Productivity:Core Elements and Logical Structure
Understanding new quality productivity from the perspective of combining productivity and production relations,and activating data potential as the leading direction for developing new quality productivity,help to better explore the issue of combining new quality productivity with the digital age.To this end,the new quality productivity problems are classified into production factor problems,modem industrial system problems,and institutional environment problems,and the differences between data as the main production factor and entity as the main production factor are explored.It is believed that using data as the core element of new quality productivity has unique characteristics of universality and reuse.Fully activating data potential is conducive to improving efficiency in high-quality development,optimizing the value-added structure in modern industrial systems,optimizing the institutional environment in ecological market systems,and releasing digital dividends.
