Politics of Knowledge:Knowledge Production and Utilization in National Governance
Knowledge is considered a fundamental element in the construction and operation of modern society.Compared to the sociology of knowledge and knowledge economics,the development of politics of knowledge is relatively limited.National governance requires a holistic consideration of the knowledge types of different entities,as well as designing targeted invocation methods based on the heterogeneity characteristics of different knowledge types.According to the different purposes and contexts,the knowledge call logic of national governance can be divided into legitimacy logic,adaptability logic,determinism logic,and responsiveness logic.These four types of logic are differently reflected in the governance needs of optimizing governance processes and methods,and improving governance goals and effects.In short,politics of knowledge needs to clarify the core position of knowledge in governance research,especially in seizing the rich research opportunities of knowledge politics in the digital age,and providing a new theoretical perspective for explaining the practice of modernization of national governance.
