当代德国构建集体认同的困境与破局

摘要
欧洲民族国家的集体认同是一个难题:它们往往在作为民族国家的坚守、对共同政治文化的接受,还有作为"欧洲人"的共同身份这三种立场之间摇摆不定.在欧洲逐步迈向"超国家"共同体的今天,德国的集体认同对于认识欧洲民族国家与欧洲国家共同体之间的关系有着重要意义,它深刻影响着德国国内的稳定和团结,主导着其外交和安全政策走向,也构筑着德国未来发展的愿景.二战以后,德国以逐步削弱"德国性"、接近"西方"的方式获得国家集体认同.这就是代表德国民族主义的"主导文化"以及代表政治文化的"宪法爱国主义"的争端之所在.而这一对矛盾,在欧洲层面可以得到疏解和升华.欧洲文化价值共同体与欧洲宪法爱国主义合一的愿景,可以成为德国乃至其他欧洲国家集体认同构建的最高目标.
Abstract
The collective identity of European nation-states is a challenging issue:they often oscillate between adherence to the nation-state,acceptance of a common political culture,and a shared identity as"Europeans".Today,as Europe gradually moves towards a"supranational"community,Germany's collective identity is of great significance for understanding the relationship between European nation-states and the European Community of States.It will profoundly affect the stability and unity of Germany's domestic politics,lead the country's foreign and security policies,and also construct Germany's vision for future development.
