How is"Common Value"Possible in the View of Historical Materialism
In the current international environment with increasing differences and conflicts,the study of"common value"has been widely concerned by many scholars in different disciplines,which is of a strong historical background and practical significance.From the perspective of historical materialism,common value is based on the difference of values between different subjects.It is the consistent value orientation and value principle reached between different subjects based on the common interests and needs.It is featured by historicity and reality,which is the dialectical unity of universality and particularity.The common problems faced by the sustainable development of a community with a shared future for mankind,the deeply connected interest chains among different subjects and the mutual learning of civilizations in the course of historical development of the world have respectively constituted the practical basis,the interest basis and the cultural basis for the definition of common values.
