The Interaction Between International Law and Domestic Law and Its Transformation under the Changing Situation
The relationship between international law and domestic law has always been an important issue.Based on realistic conditions including the system of international and domestic law,the common value,and the development of the times,the interaction between international law and domestic law is in a dynamic and evolutionary process.The interaction between international law and domestic law is manifested in the mutual influence of the two,and they are both independent of each other and gradually converge,such interaction is reflected in the theory and practice of international law.In the context of the great changes that have not been seen in a century,the underlying reasons for the tilting of the interaction modes need to be examined from globalization and de-globalization perspective of sovereignty,the concept of security,global governance and the development of technology.In the era of"re-globalization",based on the"Belt and Road"Initiative,China participates in the construction of the international law with an open attitude,strengthens the construction of foreign-related legal systems,provides an open platform for the internationalization of domestic rules and standards,responds to the new trend of interaction between international law and domestic law,and hopes to promote the equitable and beneficial development of international governance mechanisms.
