Stereoscopic Pattern:The New Aspect of Procuratorate Participating in Social Governance
Under the backdrop of comprehensively promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,procuratorate(as an important subject participating in social governance)have achieved certain governance effects in the process of participating in social governance.Although the existing theory is insufficient,it has shown the trend of stereoscopic in practice.Specifically,procuratorate initially participated in social governance by making and issuing procuratorial suggestions,which covered a wide range but lacked professionalism,and had more than"flat"but less"stereoscopic".With the emergence of public interest litigation and corporate compliance,the participation of procuratorate in social governance has gradually reflected professionalism and"stereoscopic",from comprehensive governance based on making and issuing procuratorial suggestions to the combination of comprehensive governance and special governance based on public interest litigation and corporate compliance.In order to ensure the effect of procuratorate participating in social governance,it is necessary to further strengthen this"stereoscopic"pattern.Reflection and promotion from the theoretical and practical level is the only way to achieve this goal,and further explore the three systems of procuratorial suggestions,public interest litigation and corporate compliance,how to operate more"stereoscopic".
