The governance of litigation source has evolved from local practices to a national institutional arrangement at the governance level,focusing not only on reducing the incremental volume of litigation in the courts,but also to build a mechanism for preventing and resolving conflicts and disputes,and to promote the transformation and upgrading of the mode of social governance.In the context of the judicial intelligence reform,governance of litigation source,as an important aspect of the court to promote the change of social governance,on the one hand,the court should clarify the functional positioning of the court in the governance of litigation source,strengthen the construction of the co-ordination mechanism of various dispute resolution entities,and then respond to the demand for social governance of shared governance and the realization of the socialization,rule of law,and professionalization of social governance.On the other hand,the intelligent technology of the digital age should also be used as a basis to further improve the construction of an intelligent mechanism for the prevention and resolution of conflicts and disputes,so that the digital rule of law can contribute to the intelligent transformation of social governance.
