Digital narrative occurs in the social context brought about by digital technology and becomes a cultural technology that constructs digital society.As a form of media practice,digital narrative forms a mechanism of multiple coupling relationships such as dispersion and aggregation,encounter and interaction,selection and control through the use of digital technology.This narrative mechanism implies the interweaving of fragmentation and wholeness,the integration and symbiosis of people and technology,the co-creation of self and others,as well as the continuous interaction between subjects and the two-way cycle of selection and control.Digital narrative thus provides a new way of imagining the world,indicating that in a world full of uncertainty,constant generation,and dissolving boundaries,the anthropocentric worldview is fragmenting and being replaced by efforts to maintain an open balance with all others and to reduce entropy increase.
