Digital technology plays a crucial role in the operation of urban rights and power.Technological media have become a new perspective for examining the operation of cities in the digital age.The programmable city is a prominent theoretical paradigm that reveals how digital technology,as a driving force,is stimulating the renewal of urban operation mechanisms and urban culture.The theory of programmable cities highlights the value of the perspective of technological media in urban research.This research approach uses technology as a starting point to explore the generative nature of the integration of digital technology logic and urban life,and also reflects on the power of media,providing a reference for the establishment of localized media studies in China.
