Analysis of Rural E-commerce Enabling the Development of County Economy Under the Background of the Integration of Three Industries——A Case Study of Minqin County,Gansu Province
[Objective/Meaning]The county economy is the basic unit of the regional economy,but also the focus of work under the focus of the integration of the three industries.The rural e-commerce can not only promote the link between towns and cities,but also provide strong support for the integration and development of the three major industries.Exploring the enabling effect of rural e-commerce on the development of county economy not only conforms to the trend of the development of digital economy,but also responds to the practical needs of the integrated development of rural three industries.[Methods/Procedures]Based on the quantitative data of Minqin County,Weiwu City,Gansu Province,the entropy weight method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to focus on the enabling role of rural e-commerce for the development of county economy in Minqin County,Weiwu City,Gansu Province under the background of the integration of the three industries,and then the policy recommendations were put forward for the development of the economy and industry in Minqin County.[Results/Conclusions]The study found that the rural electronic commerce had a strong enabling effect on the level of economic power,investment and consumption,urbanization process and people's prosperity.Therefore,when promoting the development of county economy,the local governments should pay attention to and attach importance to the use of rural e-commerce,and should also pay attention to the mismatch between labor demand and labor supply after the use of digital economy,and set the matched policies for different industrial talents and different planting and breeding farmers.
